Nurse-in-Charge
Descriptions
Duties :
- Providing nursing care in a Christian residential home for children and adults who have intellectual and physical disabilities.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for the overall management and operation of the nursing team of the residential.
- Provide good leadership and supervision to the nursing staff and care workers.
- Evaluate service users care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Handing nursing administrative duties and monitor a comprehensive service users' medical filing.
- Maintain and enforce infection control and safety standards.
Requirements :
- Registration with HK Nursing Council valid practicing Cert.
- Good communication in English and Chinese.
- Working experience with disabled people and computer are preferred.
